Privacy

Encore looks up a concert on setlist.fm, searches the music service you connect, and creates a playlist only when you choose to save it.

Music connections

Spotify access and refresh tokens, and your Apple Music user token and region, are stored in encrypted, HTTP-only cookies on your browser for up to 30 days. They let the server make music-service requests on your behalf. The app does not place Spotify tokens in URLs or local storage.

Apple’s MusicKit loads from Apple and handles Apple Music sign-in. It may also retain authorization state in your browser. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to that service.

Setlists and playlists

Your pending concert link may be kept temporarily in this tab’s session storage so it can be restored after Spotify sign-in. Setlist details and your recording selections are held in page memory. This app does not maintain a database of your listening history or playlists.

Your chosen music service stores the playlist in your account. The playlist contains the concert name, date, venue, setlist link, and the recordings you selected. Playlists are requested as private.

Disconnecting

Use Disconnect in the converter to clear its connection cookie. Disconnecting Apple Music also asks MusicKit to sign out. This does not delete playlists you already saved. You can revoke the app’s access through your Spotify or Apple account settings.

Hosting and other services

The hosting provider and music services receive the requests needed to operate the app, which can include IP addresses and request metadata. The app adds no analytics or advertising trackers and does not log connection tokens.
